Responsibilities:

　Technical support for new product trials and maintenance of production line

　Communicate clearly and effectively with internal team and customers to achieve the best customer satisfaction

　Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues by working with the broader internal technical team

　Collaborate with customer field engineers and technicians to best use our products

　Clearly understand customer needs, validate customer requests, and provide input to Product Development team

　Ability to set up and maintain effective technical collaborations and relationship with customer's field engineers and technicians

　Ensure protection of intellectual properties and trade secrets

Qualifications:

　MS or PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering

　At least 3 years work experience in formulations of thick-film pastes, coatings, and inks is preferred

　Knowledge and experience in metallization paste and screen printing is preferred

　Demonstrated strong ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment

　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

　Self motivated, independent and accountable

　Strong team player

　Results oriented and attention to detail
